BECOMING A MEMBER

Vaspra Group is now in a phase of rapid growth. We have quite a few projects in hand and we hope we'll be able to achieve our targets. We don't have enough workforce and this places restrictions on the number of projects we can work on, at a time. We are looking for talented and motivated members. If you feel that you might be of help to the group, please go right on and fill up this form. For additional information of what "being a member" means and what we look for in a member please read on.

Members of the Vaspra Group work for the group which means they work together with the other members for mutual benefit. When we work as individuals, there is a limit to what we can achieve. But when we are a group the possibilities are unlimited. The founders of the Vaspra Group had just this in mind. We at Vaspra, strive to create an environment for productive play. Every member in Vaspra is free to work on whatever he/she is interested in. Be it graphics, website design, small utilities, new concepts, it is his/her decision. Being in the group will not restrict you. In fact it'll help you acheive your goals easily. You can communicate with other Vaspra members and talk about your ideas. Experienced members might offer you assistance and save you hours of work. You can team up with one or more members to work on your project. And best of all you get your share of "Vaspra Funds" (for info please send us a query).

You might ask what the rest of the group gets from you. Well it goes like this. When we work on projects together we release them under the name "Vaspra" and this goes into building the group's content base. Future members will have access to your projects and ideas. Existing members might request your assistance in projects they are working on. When your work receives funds, they are shared in accordance with the "Vaspra Funds Policy".

Right now the Vaspra Group's development is being driven by the "core" member group. The "core" makes decisions on where the group should be heading. The "core" group has the final say in all issues related to the Vaspra Group. From time to time the "core" will review your status in the group. The "core" will make suggestions for your benefit. Taking them into consideration is up to you.

Eligibility Criteria

The criteria mentioned below are not in any case rigid. They are only meant to give you an idea of what we are looking for. So even if you do not satify all the criteria, but still feel that you have something for the group, please go on and send us a message as shown in the BECOMING A MEMBER : REQUEST section below.

  • You must not be older than 20 years.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively, preferably in english.
  • You must be a resident of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.
  • You must have access to net at home.
  • You must have a system.

Becoming a member : request
